Seasoning / Prep:
Pour Worcestershire Sauce on, then mix the following and cover:
1/3 cup Salt
1/4 cup Pepper
2 tbps Cumin
2 tbps Paprika
1 tbps Orengo
1 tbps Garlic Powder
45 minutes at 425 degrees, with Hickory Smoke
2-3 hours at 325 degrees, depending on size. Generally 20 minutes per pound.
Rest for 3 minutes, or until at desired internal temperature
Cut, and serve warm.
