I’ve got 3 terrific Kielbasa recipes for you! A traditional, an old classic, and one you may not have thought of. Fresh Kielbasa smoked low and slow with some sauerkraut and vegetables. Also check out our special sauce!
Set your grill or smoker to 250 degrees.
Sear Sausages for 1-2 minutes per side, then cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This will take about 30 minutes.
1 Green Pepper
1 Sweet Onion
Slice, and saute together until warm
1 Package of Sauerkraut
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 or 2 12oz Jars of Chili Sauce
Warm Sauerkraut, then combine ingredients in a pan, bring to high, then simmer for 15 minutes.
I love Kielbasa on French Bread with either the Sauerkraut Chili topping, or the Vegetables.
Alternatively, chop up some Sausage, and mix it in with the Sauerkraut Chili sauce.
Of course, there’s always the tradition ways of service a Sausage on bread. Top it how you like it!
